Services
We provide local and national moving and relocation services, including packing, loading, transport, unloading, and optional storage. Service details, prices, and availability are provided at the time of booking.
Bookings & Cancellations
All moves must be booked in advance. Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled move; late cancellations may incur fees.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the move unless otherwise agreed. We accept credit cards and cash. Full payment details will be provided at booking.
Liability & Insurance
We are fully insured. While we take every precaution to protect your property, liability for loss or damage is limited as per our insurance policy. Please request a copy for details.
Customer Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information about the move, present at both pickup and delivery, and ensure items are ready and accessible for moving.
Restrictions & Prohibited Items
We do not transport hazardous materials, perishable goods, illegal items, or live animals.
Claims & Complaints
Claims for damages or missing items must be reported in writing within 48 hours of the move. We aim to resolve all legitimate complaints promptly.
